The following pertains to the Company’s former licensee for SCS technology applicable to stationary engines operating on natural gas.


AGREED STATEMENT
On May 6, 2020, Sonex Research Group filed an action in Anne Arundel Circuit Court, styled Sonex Research, Inc. v. Radical Combustion Technologies, LLC et al., Case No. C-02-CV-20-001166, setting forth its claims against Radical Combustion Technologies, LLC and Radical Combustion Technologies NG, LLC (the “RCT Entities”). On July 3, 2020, the RCT Entities filed an action in Fairfax Circuit Court styled Radical Combustion Technologies, LLC, et al. v. Sonex Research, Inc., et al., Case No.: CL 2020-009421, setting forth the RCT Entities’ claims against Sonex, its CEO, Andrew A. Pouring, D.Eng., and its CFO, George E. Ponticas.
The parties have agreed to dismiss their respective claims against each other and to no longer conduct business together. At the RCT Entities’ request, the parties have agreed to keep the terms of their settlement confidential and to make no further comment.
